We did receive a good service, the only negative feedback is that on the weekend the room service was not good. We had to call to get toilet paper, new plastic glasses etc. [Details]

The strong points

Easy access to restaurant, the location was great.

The weak points

Restaurant on the resort was way too expensive, and we shouldn't be charged for a fee if we are not using the water slides. Also there was no restriction for the spa so it was hard to use it as there was always 10 kids in it.

The hotel was perfectly located on International drive, close to everything and more. Waterpark, restaurants, shopping, mini golf, shopping lol Disney parks, Seaworld, Coco Beach, etc. [Details]

We were charged extra for the use of the resort, they stated it was included in our trip, $13.00 extra per day, even if you didn't use the resort waterpark.
