Family trip 3rd time to NYC

Overall friendly staff and great location. Literally steps to Times Square. Rooms small but adequate. Older building but well kept Reasonable rates. [Details]

The strong points

Location most definitely right across the street from the Hudson theatre. Pubs right beside. Price was resonable for NYC and rooms clean. Coffee and apples available daily in the lobby. Walked everywhere.

The weak points

Older hotel smallest of rooms we've stayed in. No ice machines on floors and had to call to order delivery to room 1st day good. 2nd day called twice and still didnt recieve. Busy at check in? Keeping up with heatwave?
