Hyatt Place Midtown South

My grand-daughter and I stayed for 5 nites and I can,t find one thing to complain about! When we arrived I asked if it were possible to get a room with a view and two beds, no problem. We were on the 24th floor with a great view of the Empire State Bld. Some complaints about a slow elevator, not so! I timed it, down from the 24th floor to the lobby took 15 seconds. We never had to wait more than a few seconds for the elevator. The breakfast was great, lots of places to sit and also, no waiting.
The room was very clean with two queen beds. The staff was wonderful, very helpful when asked questions about New York. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. [Details]
