I had bed bugs in two of my suites. Management only agreed to wash my clothes. They at first laughed in my face. Customer service for the most part is slow and House keeping doesnt knock before entering [Details]

The Hotel facilities were very good. All services were good and fast.There was a $100 fee deposit on Check-In and I didn't pay anything on Check-out , ie no resort fee , because it was included in the package. The room was much larger and better than expected, and room service was prompt and effecient by 10:00am . The pool and beaches were great beyond expectations. However the beach waters were a bit rough with strong tide undercurrents.

I had to take a Taxi to the Hotel on arrival , because when I phoned in they advised me that the Airport Shuttle was only One-Way , Hotel to Airport.
There was a bit of confusion on leaving the hotel at 11:30am May 21st , when the Super Shuttle service at 305-871-2000 was taking me to the MIA airport instead of the Fort Lauderdale Airport for departure . This error was quickly rectified by sending another bus #550 30min later . This caused a slight panic and a 45 min delay on leaving Florida.

I enjoyed the 7 days, and would have preffered to stay at least 12 days. However the 7 days was a GOOD DEAL . [Details]
