When we got there, they gave us the keys to a room that already had guests in there. Yes, they did ... I don't know how they managed to do it but we had to go back to the front desk and get a new room. Bathroom is horrible ... Mold on the walls ... AC was leaking ... And the bed sheets were aweful. Nice hotel in terms of lobby and poolside. Close to other restaurants and pharmacy. The rooms need a major rennovation. They felt dirty and looked dirty. Not the first impression you would have had when seeing such a nice lobby area. It felt like i couldnt relax in room because of the outdated items and material furniture. [Details]

The hotel facade and foyer are quite modern - appearing and not representative of the rooms, which are dated. However, overall the place is clean and the beach is nice. Not a memorable stay but if you get a great deal on a room (as we did) it is an OK place to crash after a day of exploring. [Details]

Dated rooms with some mildew in spots. Front desk & concierge aren't rude but they are not overly helpful either.
