Residence Inn By Marriott Phoenix Mesa

We bought a flights/accommodations package through travel best bets that was supposed to accommodate 6 adults in this suite. This included a pull out (very uncomfortable) couch that was a bit bigger than a single, double at best. There was no way we could fit 2 adults on this pullout. We went to the front desk asking if there was a cot or alternative option, and there wasn't. We were told to snuggle. The pullout didn't have any blankets or sheets. We asked for extra blankets and got one pillow, set of sheets, and one thin blanket. They mentioned maybe they could find an extra room the next night, but we had no follow up. We had to phone continuously for extra towels and toilet paper as we were given bare minimum. Were told hotel was full and they were running out of towels. No soap at all was put in the rooms. I spent a lot of money for this trip and was disappointed at the lack of comfort and amenities with this room and the fact that the front counter staff really didn't care. [Details]
