This was a condo rental. The location was excellent couldn't ask for better. Condo was reasonably outfitted for cooking meals! [Details]

The weak points

The condo looks tired. The floors were dirty and the carpet in the only bedroom could be replaced with a more durable surface and complimented with an area rug. Bathroom rug should be replaced more frequently!
