Next time would choose a property in north or south so not as much driving and be closer to beaches that have function for watersports, especially in winter months,. Ocean view does not mean ocean front! And ocean view can be partial view from many rooms.
This property seems good for families with the nice pool area and large rooms and kitchen for meals.
If you want extra amenities like restaurant for all 3 meals, beach-ocean that has some function, you will have to look elsewhere. I would not call this a resort, just nice condos with a nice pool. [Details]

The strong points

Inside the room is fine. Lots of space, good appliances, except toaster, comfortable, clean. Rooms seem pretty quiet. Non smoking property is great.

The weak points

Ocean view is only partial ocean view. No laundry soap. The 11 digits needed for pool area is terrible. Restaurant-no breakfast, limited offering, and $$$. Location-always driving. Internet very slow. LD phone calls-couldn't get it to work.
