Dirty and Unhelpful
After standing in an hour long line up to check in, we had to use a kiosk and once we needed help, the staff was rude and told us one minute while continuing their conversations with each other. Once we paid the $30 for early check in we made it up to our room, which was dirty. Dirty linens on the bed and trash cans not emptied, we had to change rooms to another dirty room.
We tried to log onto the wifi and it wouldn't work, so we called front desk to help us, they advised to hang up and call tech support.
Since we were celebrating a friends birthday, we called the concierge to get dinner reservations/recommendation and asked if they sold balloons in or near the hotel, the person said “ you should just google it, and hung up”
