We had a great time on our 2 week trip while staying at this hotel. We weren't there a lot but found the staff very helpful and friendly, the included breakfast was fabulous. The room was small but clean and well set up. We were even able email the front desk our online ticket purchases and they were happy to print them out for us. [Details]

The strong points

Extremely friendly staff. Great breakfast! Close to Waterloo tube station, the London eye, and several other tourist sites were within walking distance. Bathroom was small but very well set up and functional.

The weak points

Rooms are smaller than we're used to but ok for the two of us - you definitely had to keep your stuff picked up. No ice or pop/water machines Internet access a little spotty at times but they were working on open vs access codes at the time.
