Stayed here with my wife and 2 young kids and was very pleased. Located only 5min from the airport, and only 15min from the heart of the city - 1 bus ride each way! The staff are professional and very friendly. One of the concierges (I think his name was Andy) was very informative and fantastic with our 2 boys! We had breakfast everyday in their restaurant and the food was excellent! Good selection and warm inviting ambiance.

This hotel was right beside Trafalgar Square so everything was close. The little kitchenette area was perfect for snacks & drinks. There is a pub right next door so some nights were a little noisy but a room away from that end of the hotel would be fine. The washroom had no counter space & the bathtub was a little high so anyone with mobility issues would have a hard time getting into the tub/shower. The concierge/front desk people were all extremely kind & helpful. I would definitely go back.

I was very satisfied with our stay at this property. The location was very convenient for us, the station was only a minute away therefore easy access to other parts on London. Our room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was sufficient for us. One minor issue was that we were able to hear people talking and other noises through our room's walls. The staff were very professional and helpful, especially Elvis and another lady (can't remember her name). Overall I was very happy with our stay here.

Overall the location of the hotel is very good Located very close to the West Btompton station giving you access to all the major stations. The hotel staff wa ok. They were not overly friendly however we were checked in very quickly. The room was sufficient but enough the beds are single size and not very comfy. Luckily I didn't spend much time in the room.
