Great Vacation! Hotel is smaller and is showing age and being tired. Beach is great with beautiful sunsets!
Reviews gave the resort a 4 but would say it's a strong 3 resort due to the rooms having issues, almost non existent WiFi within parts of the resort including your room. Chic restaurant always had something not available from their menu including once, salads.. [Details]

This is a 2 star hotel but they misrepresented it as a 4 star with 4 star price. Staff were often unfriendly. Only 1 restaurant with very limited menu and also a very small buffet. No hot water x2 days. Old hotel in sketchy area with car alarms going off every night. The pool area bathroom was disgusting. Too many bad things to list. [Details]

The hotel is a little run down. Simple things like light fixtures seem to be a cheap way for them to cut corners. Many customers didn't have both lights in the mirror working so it wasn't just me. It made the bathroom dark but not the end of the world. Food was alright at best. Beach was great! The beverages are all watered down - yes, to be expected at an all inclusive. Service People really good. It is about 1.5 -2 hours away from airport. The only real downside was another guest mentioned they were washing the plastic cups at bar and reusing. It was reported and I think corrected however, but that left a bad taste in my mouth and fallout from this can be huge :( I would not recommend. This is not a 4 star. I would consider it 3 at best. The resort is beautiful as was our room. Not your standard hotel room, but two separate areas with a large bathroom. Other reviews were spot on about the staff. Friendly and always ready to help out . The food was excellent with different themes each night. The only problem we had was with the hot water in our room. All hot, no cold. Had to have it "fixed" five or six times. It was eventually fixed, but a real pain. [Details]

The MYSTIQUE ROYAL - is a Fabulous resort, Small, quiet and Friendly, suitable for Couples, Mature adults looking for quiet and relaxation.
GREAT Food and Service. Staff are amazing and they are part of what makes this Resort so wonderful! Great Beach for walking and swimming.
This resort is not suitable for children, nothing for them to do!
As well its not a party resort. No disco, Games or 24 hr bars.
We have been coming here for a few years and Love it. Weather is fabulous and it is safe. The resort is always kept clean and beautiful grounds. The Rooms are Great and Beds comfortable and always clean. [Details]

We had a very relaxing vacation The facilities and food were great ! With only one exception they had no coffee one morning. The bar tenders went out of their way to make sure drinks flowed! Only one thing that got tiresome were all the hundreds of cruise boat tourists that invaded our space and beach [Details]

We had an amazing holiday at the Royal St. Lucia Resort and Spa. The hotel is quite beautiful and the staff are very accommodating - all one had to do was make a request and it was answered. The resort is quiet, small and very relaxing. Our ground floor room was close to everything. We would definitely return to this hotel. We are well-traveled seniors looking for a great beach and ocean front and that is what we had. [Details]
