This was my first time in a Tropical place .
Breathless resort in Cancun was amazing. Beautiful facilities. Definately set my standards high for the next time I go to a resort. [Details]

The strong points

Amazing customer service with all the staff members, very clean resort. Someone was always cleaning. Drinks that were made from Daylan and Fernando tasted fantastic. Event staff : Freddy and Daniel were awesome. Waitress Ester was so sincere and kind.

The weak points

The presentation of their Ultimate Club was too long. However we still loved the sales girl. Beach was clean however the ocean was closed a couple time and the water was red/brown..must have been some sewage problem?

Our ruined anniversary

Hotel was ridiculously bad. Service was disappointing. We were there for our anniversary and suppose there was the anniversary package but we didn't get it and complained and manager says she made sure we would get it. Nothing happened. Reservation made for 2 romantic dinner at the beach,got there our table was taken by someone else they tried to ask customers to leave they didn't which I think it's wrong, to kick other people out when you make mistakes. Then they decide to setup another table we waited for 45 mins . We asked if we could get late checkout , they said we can pay to extend so they didn't get back to us than we complained to the manager , she promised everything for anniversary and romantic dinner ,but nothing happened except after we complained we stayed until 4 pm . This resort has lack of training and no cumkinivatuon and no system . If there is any special occasion please don't reply on them. The resort is nice but the experience with the people it's just wrong . After all this resort doesn't deserve 5 star I gave attached a photo while we are waiting for them to setup the table [Details]
