Trs Coral Hotel

Beautiful grounds but the food was not worth the expensive price tag on this holiday. The Butlers refused to restock our fridge with beer which I found strange. Just seemed uninformed regarding details of things to do. No information on transport bact to airport etc. Would not splurge on this resort again. [Details]

Second time here and loved it!!
We had a swim up room and was nice and quiet when we wanted to relax but main pool was close for when we needed social time!
We really enjoyed all meals at every restaurant, and if we didn't it was because we wanted to try something we were unfamiliar with. [Details]

Hotel was clean and new. Excellent
Except butler services should be eliminated (they did nothing and didn't see him for 4 days..other couples on two different floors had similar experiences with their butler [Details]

This was a great hotel, very luxurious. I had a swim up pool which was great, but I also enjoyed the main pool. There were lots of restaurants to choose, and all the ones we visited were great. The dinner show Chic was truly amazing, good food and service and the performers were energetic and talented. [Details]

We went there for our annual "girls" trip. Every year we decide on a different hotel and often in a different location. Hands down this had to be the best up to now. The property is beautiful, the rooms comfortable and well appointed, although they could use some more shelves or drawers to store one's clothes. We had a swim up room and used our pool area a lot, especially on the days when the weather was a trifle unselttled. Everything is very clean, and constantly being cleaned. The food at the La Boheme was absolutely amazing, and the other restaurants were very good as well, (we went to Helios, El Gaucho, and Tapeo). The other restaurants were on the family side, so we decided to skip them this time. The Chic dinner and show will entertain and amaze you. We had excellent service from all the staff at all venues. Say hi to Jose Luis at the pool, he'll bring you wonderful drinks all day, or you might see him in the Lobby bar or the Gravity Bar. All the staff rotate. We were in Building 01, bottom floor, swim up suites and our Butlers, Santiago and Josue were excellent and couldn't do more for us to make our stay amazing. They made reservations, brought us anything we needed or wanted and assisted us with any issues that turned up. Can't thank them enough for all their help. [Details]

Had our honeymoon at this resort, had a really good experience, was the first time for both of us doing an all inclusive. Staff are friendly and helpful, food was good but have nothing to compare it to, plenty of activities to do throughout the day if you are looking for that, beach area was clean with water activities (some included and others that were extra) I don't really have any complaints about this place other then I wish it had be a little closer to the main area in Cancun as accessories such as sunglasses and beach clothing were highly inflated (as expected) and it would have been nice to go shop at some small off site stores, resort is about a 40 minute drive from the airport [Details]
