Star Palace, and Oceana/Pacific/Luna Palace resort

I will start by saying this is our 24th time to Mexico and we are casual, not fussy travelers, so for someone wanting 5 star in Mexico this is not the place for you. However someone that loves the Mexican culture, food and people this is a great place for you!

The strong points

Great service, amazing staff from back office to bartenders and servers! Great location with great beaches for walking! WiFi was available everywhere at all 4 resorts from all the common areas to the rooms. Stay at one and use all 4!

The weak points

The noise from the bars across the street, until 3:30AM. While this is not the hotels fault, it is more of a warning to bring noise canceling headphones that you can wear to sleep! Not a lot of alcohol selection. No real entertainment in the evenings

Some staff wore masks, but not all.
