Good Location - Quaint Hotel

About 1km from the Spanish Steps, this hotel is well situated. The rooms are small but very clean, and the bathrooms have been redone. Some 5th floor rooms have small balconies. Breakfast is included and is good. [Details]

The strong points

Good location for visiting Rome sights, about 1km from a major subway stn. A good value for Rome, not lux but nice.

The weak points

A bit of a trek - 1km - from the subway or the Spanish Steps...but an enjoyable walk past restaurants and shops. They have a large lobby area with bar that not a single guest uses. Maybe if they had a bartender behind the bar?
