Awesome trip!

We had an incredible time. The resort and the surroundings were unbeatable. It is right on the Mediterranean and it was like a fairy tale. Most of the people were from France and they booked through a French tour group. That was no problem, as the staff could speak English. It's an unbelievable place for children because of the activities that are set out for them. I would come back in a heartbeat. [Details]

The strong points

The resort and the beach was absolutely beautiful.

The weak points

It would have been nice to have internet access in the rooms rather than the lobby. Also, they made the food less garlicky as not to offend. I found that to be a minus. Otherwise, it was tasty and plentiful.

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Food was all buffet but it was good. Nice location to do day trips from to Athens or Peloponese area. Beach was rocky but water was beautiful. There were enough umbrellas and chairs. 'All inclusive' was limited in terms of drinks. This resort is used pretty much exclusively by a tour company which brings in groups from France. Most of the guests were French speaking and all of the entertainment, special events, even the water sports were run by this company. It was extremely noisy and busy most of the time as this group really took over the resort. I would not return for that reason. [Details]

This resort exceeded our expectations and I would defiantly recommend it and return again. The hotel staff were very easy to deal with and we were able to get accommodations next door to our friends even though they had not traveled with the same tour agency. The food was high quality, varied and plentiful to suite every taste. The accommodation was modern, clean and very well maintained as was the grounds , pebble beach and pools. The resort is located a short 15 min walk to the high speed rail line that takes you into Athens and onto the Metro, 10 euro for a return trip . Trains are prompt and run every hour. Excursions are provided at the resort if you don't want to do it alone, Athens is a must see. The three island tour also got rave reviews although we did not participate in that one. The resort catering manager George is hands on and everywhere in ensuring everything is being taken care of . Georgina behind the front desk is friendly and caring and is the go to person if you need anything. This was our first time in Greece and would defiantly recommend this beautiful resort. [Details]
