Ibis Styles Paris Bercy

The hotel was great. Room was small but perfect for those who are just there to sleep. Queen-sized bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was really good - 1/2 block to 2 main Metro lines, good cafés across the street. Within walking distance to Bercy Village (shops/cafés). Right beside the Omnisports centre. Didn't have an issue with noise until the last night of the Motosport event being held at the centre. Forklifts moving out equipment and some noisy people but only for a short time. One hotel issue was that the 2nd and 3rd time that we requested wake up calls we didn't receive them. No clocks/alarms in rooms to set. Would definitely return and recommend to others. [Details]

Good location, ask to fix the in room safty box twice, and no one take care of it. Otherwise it is quite acceptible for the price. [Details]

Lack of information from hotel staff during a fire incident experienced during our stay. We were not kept up to date on what was happening. Left sitting in lobby until we went to the desk to ask if there was any update. Even then given 2 very differing reports. [Details]

need to take metro to tourist attractions but metro is close by and very efficient [Details]
