The strong points

The resort is huge, we went March break and it was full but didn't feel it because the resort was so big.

The weak points

Only draw back was not enough umbrellas at the beach, we never could sit at the beach because there wasn't any umbrellas available.

Arguably the best family all-inclusive in the Caribbean. This was our second consecutive annual 10-day family March Break vacation at this resort and we came home looking forward to our next visit. The facilities, food services, awesome water park, world-class fitness center, amenities and especially the well-trained, genuinely polite and accommodating staff were simply amazing. We've been to quite a few other family resorts in the Caribbean and this is by far the best. The large number of other repeat guests and those we spoke to who said this was their own best experience are a testament to this fact. Wonderful and safe place to bond with your children. The strong points

Outstanding Location - 15 minutes west of Punta Cana Airport Faces Caribbean Ocean with a barrier reef - so huge flat beach, calm waters with no undertow, stead westerly breezes, no insects, gated security area so no beach peddlers or uninvited guests

Great resort. Not too big. Pool and restaurant service outstanding. We were staying in a club room so had access to the club lounge which was great - service very good. Butler was ok - but the other amenities more than made up for that. We were there during the Covid outbreak and had to come back early but will definitely return. [Details]
