We had a wonderful week here... the resort is just lovely, the food was very good, the beach was wonderful and the staff and service all around was above and beyond. Would definitely recommend. We also used the facilities at Ziva next door (its sister hotel for families). We would not hesitate to go back. [Details]

The strong points

Great service, good food, very clean, very comfortable room, beautiful grounds, landscaping and beach...

The weak points

We enjoy spicy food so a few more options in that department would be a bonus. Also more Latin or local music for entertainment. Hard to find anything to criticize... maybe a spot in our room to dry out swimsuits

This is a new hotel and I was impressed. The staff are super keen to make sure that you have a good vacation and enjoy your stay. From the welcome at the entrance to the lobby to staff at the beach - they were welcoming, friendly and happy. Junior at the beach, Axzel at the towel counter, Ambar, Andrea and Albert at the buffet, Aida at concierge, the ladies at reception were all outstanding. I would definitely go back and stay again. The food was excellent as well. You can choose from both resorts on where you would like to eat and they have food to cater to everyone's needs. Even though the hotel next door was family oriented, I liked the fact that the adult side stayed adult only. [Details]

The strong points

The resort isn't very far from the Punta Cana airport. Safe, clean and great service. Beautiful views from the ocean view suites. Swim up rooms, infinity pools, nice clean private beach.

The weak points

Still going through some growing pains with the construction still going on, so expect some construction dust. They definitely need more beach loungers and umbrellas as there aren't enough. I didn't like the fact that you had to pay extra for cabanas.
