Paradisus Varadero

Once again at Paradisus....!!!!!!
We are spdending such a good time as allways.
They have renovate rooms and lobby, now every thing is wite. I like it.
The beach is the strong point. Nice people in front, bars.... [Details]

I've been at Paradisus this time, a place where you can see the beach standing in the lobby, really, they have a wonderfull view.
People use to be warm, allways smilling, girls at front are "súper", animation team move the pool like no one. I spent such a great time [Details]

We had a good stay here. Was my first time in Cuba and hope to get back!! I was concerned about shortage of supplies, but not a problem at all! [Details]

The resort is run down and needs attention both in terms of it's physical structure and it's staffing. The "Reserve" and "Royal" side appear to be a step up from the standard bookings. It is past it's expiry date. [Details]

We stayed at this beautiful resort last week it was amazing staff was so friendly made you feel like family the beaches where cleaned daily the room we had ocean view was the best I have ever been at the food was not the best but wasn't worst you can find what you needed the snack bar had lots of food ready it was a memorable stay and there is a awesome trail gigantic cactus I suggest you check out 5 min walk from resort I will definitely put this resort on my top 5 thanks for f hi acing us [Details]

This is a great hotel where you can fill like a paradise.

Paradisus Veradero was all we could dream of, wee enjoyed our stay very much [Details]

Our family including 2 teenagers and a 81 year old had a great time. Unfortunately we were unaware of some of the facilities we could have used. There was a lack of communication. I know paper is in short supply but one large map of the property and activities would have been helpful. Beautiful location. [Details]

This was our 20th time in Varadero Cuba, this was our first visit at the Paradisus Varadero but definitely not the last! I can't say enough good things about the staff starting with the GM , Ivan . The manager Darien, bartenders and grounds staff.
From the minute you arrive here they make you feel like a rock star!

If this is your first time in Cuba, you will love this hotel. If you really want to pamper yourself spend a little extra and stay on the Royal side… WOW. Beautiful.

We are a family of 4 and travelled with two other families to spend the holiday. The resort is just amazing, very welcoming and we felt very safe. We travel lot but Paradisus is a real Paradise and we will come back again. From our arrival we have been upgraded to sea view. The staff are wonderful and Darrian (the manager) is a super nice guy. My wife and I have played tennis with the wonderful coach Miguel. The kids club team went beyond entertainment and always kept an eye on our kids to offer us comfort when needed. The beach is so close to everywhere and offering an absolute unique panorama. Everything was so amazing. I don't want to sight any negative points because the positive one dominates and when we travel to Cuba and understand the situation, and see how hard they are trying to make us happy, we forget any negative thing. The only thing i can refer is that i was eaten alive by the bugs :) so some spraying won't hurt :) .. and internet could be better as we need to keep on putting the codes and refreshing them every 24 hours at the reception. Spend 3 nights at the Paradisus and everything went smooth from begining to end.

We had a group check in which was quick and efficient.
Staff was amazing all around.
Room was nice, clean and comfortable.
Great beach with plenty of chairs and palapas.

Knowing the political situation in Cuba and with the pandemic added on top, I was impressed with the variety of the food. Food
was good at both the buffet and a la carte.

They organized a beach dinner and poolside dinner for our group and their service was on point both times, so was the food.

PCR test was done at the hotel clinic and we got the results the next morning.

I would reccommend this hotel with my eyes closed. [Details]

C'est un hôtel incroyable avec tous les services fournis d'une manière excellente, les chambres sont très propres et confortables, j'étais dans la suite junior avec vue sur l'océan et la vue sur la plage et l'hôtel est magnifique. les restaurants chics avec assez de nourriture pour tous les clients et le service des serveurs très sympathique et attentionné tout le temps. Les piscines sont très propres, la nourriture dans les collations est également excellente et les événements du soir sont très bons. Service en chambre très rapide et repas identiques. Les restaurants spécialisés offrent un excellent service. Je veux revenir dans ce merveilleux hôtel et je le recommande vivement à 100% [Details]

Nous sommes venus passer quelques jours en vacances et nous passons un très bon moment. La chambre est très grande et belle. Nous sommes accueillis par ADRIAN qui laisse la salle impeccable. Les installations sont toutes très bonnes. Restaurants avec une viande exquise et un menu de grand dîner, mention spéciale au serveur EDY. Tous les restaurants sont également de très bonne qualité. Dans la piscine, tous les serveurs sont très attentionnés et professionnels. Nous avons fait deux excursions et très bien. La zone pour enfants dans la piscine est très agréable [Details]

Très bonne expérience, service, propreté, chambre, nourriture dépassée les attentes, caractéristique du Paradisus Varadero Resort & Spa. Une reconnaissance spéciale à Don Ernesto, le chef danseur, pour son charisme particulier et son service spécial au service de la neige, ainsi qu'au jeune Bryan et mr. Virgilio, qui a fait de notre dîner une expérience unique au restaurant, continue dans cette voie, avec ce cadeau de service. Si Dieu le veut, nous reviendrons certainement! [Details]

Si vous voyagez avec des enfants et allez dans cet hôtel, un environnement spectaculaire pour les plus petits, vous ferez de vos vacances un rêve et surtout vous pourrez en profiter aussi! Un grand merci à tout le monde à l'hôtel pour avoir fait du 10e anniversaire de ma fille une série de beaux moments. First impressions on arrival were not fantastic. Our room was quite old and felt a bit run down. The rest of the resort was better maintained and after settling in, we enjoyed our stay. The staff were always friendly and courteous although some tried a lot harder than others. Those who put in the extra effort received our tips. Mixed feeling about the food. It was good and there was lots to choose from but repetitive and some was mediocre quality. Birds infest the dining area and dive into plates when people step away from the table. A la carte restaurants are not open everyday. We tried to make reservations the first morning after we arrived and were only able to book one meal at the Tex Mex Restaurant. It was a bit of a joke. Food was not tex mex at all. The beach was nice but a bit of a clean up would make it magical! Overall, it was good I expected more of a 4.5 star and for the price I paid. [Details]

Très bon hôtel. Nous avons adoré la façon dont ils traitent et prennent soin des petits détails pour rendre votre séjour plus agréable. Les chambres sont très confortables et l'animation de l'équipe d'animation est meilleure. Félicitations les gars. Hotel is beatiful has the most beatiful beach I ever see. Food is ok, but is good for Cuba and in comparison to others Resort I have been I found it surprising good. For the warm and the heat worth it. [Details]

Our family stayed one week at this hotel and we really enjoyed our vacation.
