Hotel Telegrafo is OK. It can be a very nice hotel, but it needs help. We had room 314 for 4 nights. The shower was not working very well. We switched to room 316 with 2 beds and its shower worked better. We enjoyed their simple breakfast every morning. The maids are super. Many light bulbs didn't work in the hotel. The elevator was broken for 3 days while we were there. The lobby was noisy. On the whole, it was not a bad stay. (I had worse) [Details]
