Selectum Family Resort Cayo Santa Maria

We just got back from this hotel and as much the ground and beach and pool very stunning ,the test was very disappointing starting with the noice at night time was making impossible to sleep !! Not sure if it was staff cleaning the rooms but was like someone was dragging chairs constantly very loud !! Food was not that great I end up having same breakfast for 7days !! Not much of a choice for kids that dont eat all that so my grandkids end up eating bread every days !! Not great communication the only people to ask us how we were doing was a sweet lady at breakfast I forgot her name !! The guys at all the bars very fantastic, animation very super great but every day was the same !! No sign posted on what was going on during the day , internet brutal, no towels hooks in bathroom, no menu in snack bar wich made us hard to know what to order if we dont know what you have !! Meanwhile the Cuban that came for 2 days were served with white gloves and they didnt had no regards for other !! Rude within respect! If the Hotel wont take care of this problem they will close soon cause people wont return !!! Me personally I will go back to this resort and hopefully some of this thing will be fixed by then and also my daughter payed for an ocean view room but she end up in a small room with 2 kids that's also onother fault on resort part they save best room for the Cubans! We spend so much money to go and we tip everybody everydays for EVERYTHING and we should be treated BETTER then the Cubans so for this I give the resort 2 stars [Details]
