Restful and Peaceful

I was in Ottawa for a speaking engagement, and the Crowne staff made me feel Welcome to the Capital city. I also felt safe on the premises,as I had traveled alone. The atmosphere in the onsite restaurant was peaceful; and the food delicious. The accommodation was conducive to rest, so I was quite refreshed and composed to conduct my ministration to the congregation. [Details]

The strong points

Everything that I expected was provided and met my expectations. I didn't want to be fussed about.The staff readily understood that requirement, and gave me my space.
