Hilton Niagara Falls Fallsview Hotel

Very disappointed. Upon arriving did not inform us about valet parking fee, found out about this when checking out when they took the $55 off our deposite. Then arriving in the room with toilet not working. Waiting half hour for them to come fix it ( because we did not want to leave our stuff unattended in the room). Had to cancel the request until we got back because we had dinner reservations. When we got back we found out they went into the room regardless to fix the repair. Upon arriving in the room there was he feces in the bathtub, I cleaned this up quick because I did not want my husband to see it and want to leave the hotel. Later that night when going to bed, we noticed the feces on the sheet as well. Being very tired, we just took the sheets off and slept without it. Check out is at 11 a.m., they were knocking at my door at 9 a.m. to ask if we were leaving. After reporting this all to them, they offered complimentary parking and breakfast. I'm spent over $525 on the room for one night and we're insulted by this. Very disappointed, I do not recommend and I will make sure to let everyone know of our experience. [Details]
