 Awesome

Had a great time, friendly staff, great service, no hassles and they took care of all the scary details a new to travel person would stress over. had a blast. clean place! 1500 dollar credit should have been used to excursions or a room upgrade, but thats a newbie error!

 Aventura Spa Palace

Great resort! Clean very friendly staff and great food! The credit program was a nice bonus, but not very well explained and we ended up paying for things we thought were covered with our points...not cool! Also, the nights were way too quiet, not enough for entertainment!

 Excellent

Had a great week at the resort. The $1500 resort credit was fantastic, we used it for a trip to Tulum and the rest for treatments at the spa. I will miss having massages every other day. The food was great and the service was fantastic. If you like the beach, you can take the shuttle to the Palace resort at Playa Del Carmen for free (you also get to eat and drink there for free) or take a Taxi, $20 each way.

What a great week

 Adventura Spa !!

Hotel was excellent and appeared well maintained. Some of the rooms are getting run-down, but the renovations in 2012 should solve that issue. Book your spas and beauty salon early on as these fill up quickly. Avoid the "presentations" by people at the airport - go directly to your bus... DO NOT STOP!! We had a great time and will be going back after it becomes associated with the Hard Rock name..

 Honeymoon...5 year delayed

From the moment you step out of the van, you are treated like gold! Cold towel that smells phenomenal, amazing cold drink, a lobby that takes your breath away...most of the staff were fantastic, the room was great, the food was terrific, entertainment was good, pools were good...love, love, loved the place! If we ever can, we would definitely go back : )

 TOP NOTCH FACILITY

This hotel was excellent, but we were disappointed in the term OCEAN VIEW & OCEAN FRONT.
The $1500 Credit was well worth every penny, but be careful about the Membership pitch in the hotel. It is not that bad as long as you have the patience and you can extract a little more credit dollars for some extra trips etc.
We dis purchase a pacakge, because we felt that the SPA was a class facility and the people were warm and friendly.

Although limited to the 4 restaurants, we had the option to visit the other palace hotels during ou road trips.
They take great pride in their dinner presentaions and even the bottled wine from Spain was delicious. In other reosrts, they just bring a decanter and plop it on the table.

We would recommend it for the SPA facility alone.

They said welcome to paradise and they were right

From start to finish, it was truly a dream come true. Although everything was wonderful, it was the staff at the Aventura Spa which made this trip unforgettable for us.

Not what one would expect for a 5 star

I went with a group of ten people and thank god for that because the resort was empty and we made or own fun and the food was not up to a spa quality at any of the restaurants. The lagoon was nice but it is no replacement for a REAL BEACH. The staff overall was great but the quality of service changed every day depending on who you got.

 Great, Relaxing Vacation

Loved the property!! Great food, great spa! I recommend upgrading to the Concierge Level. Only downfall is that it doesn't have a great beach.

 Aventura Spa Palace, Riviera Maya

We enjoyed a fantastic week at Aventura Spa and Cove. The buildings and grounds were spotless, and the staff went out of their way to help us enjoy the trip to the fullest. The choice of food and drink was almost endless, and the quality was outstanding. As far as value for the money was concerned, this was one of the best trips ever. We would highly recommend the Palace chain in general and Aventura in particular.

 Nice resort but average meals

The resort is very clean and staff is very friendly. Food is average, on occasions the a la cart restaurants were actually buffet.

 Fantastic!

We had a wonderful vacation! I love a beautiful beach however the lagoon was very nice. The staff are amazing. They really make sure that everyone is having fun. This was my first adult only trip and its definitely the was to do it if you don't have children or if you just want to get away with your partner! As for the resort money... very easy to use!!! We only used 1100 of the 1500 because we didn't have time to spend the rest. We both did the dolphin swim and it was amazing!!!!! plus the romantic steak and lobster dinner with champagne {it was real champagne} and we each had two 1 1/2 hour spa services. They say you can only use 300 for the spa but if there is availability they will let you spend as much as you want there! So go before the promo is over! You'll save a lot of money!

 Aventura Spa Palace April 2010

Beautiful hotel, absolutely awesome.

Surprised to find out that we had free international calls to Canada and the US -- from our room, as well as free Wifi.

24 hour room service was fabulous and never took more than 30 mins. Everything was free including the champagne and beer ordered to the room.

Included are FREE tours to Chichinitza (sp?), zipline, waterslide park & Tulum ruins.

Best part was NO RESERVATIONS REQUIRED for dinner! Have as many alacarts as you like, show up anytime at any of the restaurants. The restaurants are fantastic, best Steak House & Sushi ever. Restaurants have wine lists, order a bottle or as many as you like and it's FREE too.

Each room has a massive double jetted tub (at the foot of the bed) so you can sit side by side to enjoy a bubble bath while you watch TV. LOVED IT. The beds are so COMFORTABLE!!!

Only down fall was no beach, so no moonlit strolls along the crashing waves at night.

The Spa Palace is an ADULT ONLY resort which connects to the Aventura Cove Palace which is family friendly. Both are amazing and worth every penny.

This resort is TRULY ALL INCLUSIVE ....except the shops & spa of course!
