Très belle expérience. La nourriture est savoureuse et bien présentée. Le service est excellent. L'aménagement de l’hôtel avec la forêt tropicale est enchanteur.

Overall we had a good experience while staying here for our honeymoon. We were very direct with the timeshare/ concierge that we were NOT interested in the presentation and they left us alone. The food was good - breakfast was the best at The Beach Club and we really enjoyed the Oriential restaurant. The buffet was understaffed everytime we went to eat, we always had to search down silverwear and staff for drinks. The hotel is starting to show some age, leaking roofs here and there, paint needing an update, decor dated and the stage area for the night show was looking a bit sad. Guest Services was AMAZING, my husband ended up needing medical attention (not at all related to the hotel or food) and they were great with helping us with phone calls, emails and photocopies :) We would rate the hotel around the 3 1/2 - 4 star mark, a good time but nothing that you can't find elsewhere. We wouldn't seek it out again, but nice for a one time stay. There were many families and the 'fun club' at the main pool had a lot of activities. If you're looking for a quiet getaway you might want to make sure your room is not close the this area as music is always playing and it's the hub for families. The adult only pool was nice, right by the water and The Beach Club restaurant - quiet and kid free! If you're looking for 5 star service this isn't the place for you, if you're okay with 3-4 star and know the limitations of the resort before hand and are okay with them then you'll most likely enjoy your stay.

Good resort, good value for the money. For beach lovers - not the best one. Park should be free or at least more generous discount for the resource guests (80$ per day). Internet should be free for guests.

Magnifique voyage en famille. (Enfant de 1 ans et 3 ans) Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre voyage.

Le site est vraiment beau ; fleurs, arbres , palmier partout. Propre et très bien entretenu. Bien que le site semble très grand pour certain, tout se fait très bien à pied.

Les chambres sont très bien, propre.

La nourriture, nous avons fait que les buffets contenu de l'âge de nos enfants et c'était très bien. Même mon fils qui a des allergies alimentaires. Le buffet déjeuner et dîner, nous avons préféré celui de la plage.

Les gens sont très souriants et très sympathiques.

Pour ce qui est de la plage , nous avons eu aucun problème a avoir des places, cependant il faut arriver tot ; apres 9h30 ca commence a être difficile. Pour ce qui est de la plage, nous avons trouvé cela parfait avec de jeunes enfants. Et l'environnement est tellement beau avec tout les poissons colorés qui nagent près de nous.

The food was great,and the drinks tasted good.
Our room was clean and cool.

Cette hotel est un 3 étoiles 1/2 au plus et il n`y a pas de consierge il sont des vendeur de TIME SHARING et ils sont après vous tout les jours même en leurs disant NON NON et même en leur disant dans leur langue il ne comprenne pas .Les menus des restos a la carte très ordinaire tous et le buffet j`aime mieu pas en parler.Je s`avait qu`il n`y avait pas de plage donc il n`y en a pas c`est eu trou dans le rock.Parlons des piscines ils sont pas entretenu et personne entretien les tours de ces piscines donc très mal propre. Presque pas de chaise longue lever vous a 6 hrs pour avoir une chance d`avoir une chaise et au trou dans le rock a 5 hrs.Les chambres sont très bien bon matelas et propre.Le service dans tout l`hôtel est exellent et avec un petit pourboire c`est encore mieu.Le site est très grand et beau.

Arrived at resort about 11 A.M. and had to wait until the "OFFICIAL" check-in time of 3 P.M. to get a room, in 20 plus years of visiting Mexico thie was the first time this has happened to us.
Be prepare to have the building conceirge pester you costantly to go to a Travel Club presentation, you may have to be rude to discourage this. If going to Xcaret Park, plan on doing it in two days-buy second day at half price, you can do that day whenever during your stay. Park was great especially the 6 P.M. show.
Stay was ok but we won't return to this property.

Service was great staff were very friendly, but resort as whole is not a 4 1/2 star. Exposed wires throughout the resort, leaves all around pool and in the pool,glasses from day before still around pool the next morning,pool loungers very dirty, almost every glass we drank from was chipped, some balcony railings falling apart. We have stayed at other 4 1/2 stars and this resort does not compare.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The food was perfect and the service was perfect. But 2 things bothered me :
1- The limited places (chairs) at the pool.
2- The beach was a little bit to small with 300 stdents from spain (march break)but the rest was ok for us.

Best trip i have ever bin on. the staff was very nice and always willing to help. great hotel fo adults and kids. if you want to explor mixico GO HEAR!!

We had a multi-family March Break vacation here. Everyone enjoyed themselves very much. We used all of the amenities (beach, pools, tennis courts, A la Carte restaurants, etc...) and were happy with everything. Staff was extremely freindly and courtious. Hotel and rooms are very well kept. The easy access to Xcaret Park makes the park a must see. One of the best vacations we've had.

Wow!! this hotel is perfect, in the middle of the jungle, but so close to Playa del Carmen, the staff is so friendly. It have 24 or more building all of them very well distributed with many pools and green paths, even have Mayan ruins at the place. The food is just amazing, so many options every day. we want to come back. It's necessary to rent a car to have the freedom to go wherever you want.

this has been our second time to this resort in the last couple of years. The food, service, grounds and everything else was excellent again. They play music at the beach and do activities there as well, this is something we never had experienced before at any other resort and we would have spent more time there but had to move some days as it was to much. The adults only saltwater pool is a nice touch for ultimate relaxation. Sometimes at the beach restaurant there was no plates, spoons, bowls/cutlery etc, but once we asked the situation was fixed promptly. These are just minor things and we never let it bother us and had an awesome vacation

Overall we did not experience anything at the resort that was negative. We asked to have our rooms changed so both couples could be closer together, no problem. Anytime we asked any of the staff for assistance, very helpful. Food was better than average with a huge selection of choices. The alacarte restaurant we chose, had very good food. Grounds were kept immaculate and the housekeeping in our room was second to none. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice place if you don,t want a beach or pool chair. Cabbed into Playa del Carmen for the beach 5 out of the seven days there. I would not return just for that reason alone.

Hotel is a lush green remote resort with no natural beach. There is a man made bay but it is small and crowded. The buffet food is good but didn't change the 4 days we were there. Pools are nice but staff are difficult to find in a good mood. They made us feel like we were intruders in their home. Only way into town is via cab which is $12-17 each way. Good hotel if you just want to hang out by the pool and if you tip the bartenders well before you expect a smile.

Picked this resort for location and price as snorkeling and relaxing in the sun was goal. this is a huge property which had everything from paths thru jungle, mayan ruins as well as a sheltered lagoon full of fish for swimming or snorkeling. would highly recomend this property for families and with the Xcaret park a short walk next door there is so much to do there is no reason to have to leave.

Very nice resort

The hotel was beautiful. The food was ok and the service was alright. We would have expected a little decoration on our bed like the rest of our group who got when they left a tip form the maid service, but we didnt. We needed a bit more TCL from the staff.

Beautiful gardens, great to just walk around. Close to the city and activities. Loved it, would definitely go back.

the hotel was wonderful, great facilities, staff very friendly, food was great considering that its an all inclusive package. the hotel, the place, the extra tours are great. the only thing is not great is the service of thomas cook airlines. the staff on air is just awful, I have never experienced sucha bad rude steward in my life. never againwith thomas cook

L'emplacement super, la nourriture excellente, le personnel sympathique les seul point négatif sont les lits sont plus petit que prévus et les chaise longue difficile a obtenir sur la plage et les piscines

If you have stayed at any other 4 or 5 star resorts in this area do not stay here, you will be very disappointed. Their own employee was trying to sell us their own "vacation club" for next year and honest to god he said "the regular part of the resort you booked is only maybe a 3 or 3 and 1/2 star but you book through us and stay at our Royal Club and you get a 5 star resort". So be warned if you want your money's worth here you have to book exclusively through the hotel. We have stayed at Iberostar, Barcelo, Princess hotels and those are 5 star resorts for the whole resort! Also, the Transat Preferred package is only a sign at the front desk when checking in, there are no perks to booking through Air Transat. As their employee admitted all you get is a 3 star resort for a 5 star price. Save your money.

Oh, and the food was awful. Like I said we have stayed at many all inclusives and this food was terrible. The buffet food was always empty, cold, and fruit and sweets were crawling in fruit flies. Gross! Selection was also terrible, what buffet doesn't put out bacon for breakfast?

Price was good. Excellent food. Not enough chairs to enjoy the swimming pool.

So disappointed with this hotel. The food was not good, no selection. The concierge is really with the time share and harass you at all cost. The pillows smelt like it was left in a washer for a week. service in restaurants was not good.

Très grand site, mais d'une beauté incroyable, on se penserait en foret, super propre, nous avons adoré le p'tit coin pour adultes pres de la mer. le buffet est tres bon malgré les commentaires négatifs des gens, pour les repas du soir, le meilleur est le steak house. Sur 7 jours nous avons eu 1hre de pluie, Super

Ne pas oublier d'aller a Playa DelCarmen 10 min. de taxi, ca vaut la peine de voir la 5em avenue-impressionnant )

We enjoyed our trip a great deal. Rooms were neat. Food was great. People were friendly. Something to do every day.
