The hotel is too noisy indoors (like a high school cafeteria) and outdoors (generator-like machinery running day and night) . The rooms are nice and big. 70% of the rooms have 2 double beds so good luck finding one with king size bed.
The food was average in both the buffet and a la carte restaurants. If you're traveling as a couple I would highly recommend Sun Palace instead. Don't even consider Beach Palace. By the way, the Skybar, as the hotel, is overrated.

Impressed overall with services, staff and hotel. Beach and pools were amazing, as were the hot tub and pool bar on the beautiful roof top! Great vacation!

The hotel was smaller than we thought. Not a great variety in food. But the staff were great, always bringing us drinks and the $1500 resort credit was awesome!

Beach Palace is a great all-inclusive hotel that we booked for 1 week in February. The staff (especially the pool/beach side waiters and the restaurant staff were impeccable), the rooms were spacious with a 2 person jacuzzi and 2 sinks, and the sky pools had a great view (although were a bit colder than the beach). Added bonuses were free International Calls and Free WiFi (especially helpful as we were there partly for a conference). The only negative was that immeadiately upon our arrival they tried to get us to go on a "Game" that turned out to be a timeshare sell - they didn't bother us anymore (likely because we are renting and our income is barely high enough to afford this vacation, let alone a timeshare!)

The service was amazing at the Beach Palace. The food was also very good for an all-inclusive.

Great place and we would love to come back again. After staying at the Sun Palace last year, we were confident of getting the very best and we were not disappointed. Terrific New Year's Eve Party - great entertainment and food!
