First impression looked great, lobby is beautiful and breezy. View overlooking the pool is great. The room was small in need of painting and repairs, you needed to pay a deposit to use the remote to watch TV and the control knobs had been removed so you could not control TV manually, not that we watched Tv but if you wanted to watch the news. The hotel beach area is small and bordered in by many huge boulders limiting access to the entire stretch of the bay. therefore it was difficult walking the beach which we like to do daily. The selection of food at the buffet was limited and although some of the staff was extremely friendly, many looked bored and inconvenienced by our requests. There were three in our party and we kept having to ask for extra towels and face clothes since only 2 were provided. My brother used the washrooms off of the lobby and was very disgusted in the condition they were in. After 2 nights, we made arrangements to transfer to another hotel which we had stayed at a few years ago and were very happy with that location.

Cet hotel fut au-dela de mes esperances. Le personnel est tres sympathique et la vue que l on a en tout point de l hotel est a couper le souffle. Nous etions au 28e etage donc bien places pour observer la vue de notre balcon. Notre chambre etait vraiment tres belle et la proprete impeccable. Le buffet est a mon avis excellent, mais il faut mentionner qu il demeure un petit buffet d hotel 3 etoiles. Du cote de la plage, la petite plage privee de l hotel est tres pratique et beaucoup plus calme que le reste de la plage accessible par la rue de chaque cote de l hotel. L acces a Internet et au telephone gratuitement est reeellement super! J ai ete comblee par cet endroit, les seuls point negatifs etant les ascenseurs (souvent 2 sur 3 fonctionnels, c est long!) et l absence d eau chaude qui ne semblait pas se rendre a notre etage. Pour ceux qui s inquietent de la tourista, ne vous en faite pas, pas aucune trace de gens qui sont malade a cet hotel.

EN BAS DE L'HOTEL IL Y A UNE PHARMACIE, DÉPANNEUR ET UNE PETITE ÉPICERIE. N'OUBLIEZ PAS SI VOUS VOULEZ FAIRE DES ACTIVITÉS: VOYAGE A TASCO, TOUR DE VILLE, PLAYA GLORIA, JARDIN BOTANNIQUE. IL EST IMPORTANT DE NOTER QUE SI C'EST VOTRE PREMIER VOYAGE NE PAS ALLER À CET ENDROIT, SI VOUS CHERCHEZ UN PEU L'AVENTURE C'EST PARFAIT. LA PLAGE EST PUBLIQUE DONC BEAUCOUP BEAUCOUP DE VENDEURS SUR LA PLAGE ET À L'HOTEL LA PLAGE N'EST PAS TROP ACCESSIBLE, IL FAUT MARCHER POUR SE RENDRE A LA PLAGE ACCESSIBLE..RENDU SUR LA PLAGE IL FAUDRA LOUER CHAISES ET PARASOL ENVIRON $10 PAR JOUR OU LE RESTAURANT VOUS OBLIGERA DE CONSOMMER POUR $15 BOISSONS, NOURRITURES ET ACCEPTERA DE VOUS PRÊTEZ LES CHAISES ET LE PARASOL

Hôtel en bonne condition ! Staff vraiment super !!!

Great if you like to sleep on a cement slab with plastic pillows. Beds were ridicilous, service was very poor. The bar sucked as bad as the food. You will have to budget to eat off resort.
