Just got back from my 12th 2 week stay. I love everything about it!

The Hotel was designed really well as everything was within a short walking distance. The Staff were very attentive to whatever you requested and responded with a smile and "No Problem" which always made us smile. I would go back to Breezes Runaway Bay definately another time, it was a pleasant and relaxing time.

The Breezes hotel is a little over an hour from the airport in Montego Bay. We picked it because we'd never been to Jamaica and because of the included scuba diving.

Compared to other resorts, Breezes is smaller, which gives you a chance to get to know the staff and some of the guests. The food is incredible, the staff is friendly and accomodating, and the facilty is great. The "plunge pools" are private hottubs in some of the rooms.

The resort is like 3 connected horseshoes, with the open ends facing the ocean. Our first night we stayed on a room next to the main stage (the middle horseshoe), which was a little loud. We moved to an outer room the next night, which was a perfect serene spot.

Personally, I love snorkelling and scuba diving. The snorkelling off the beach was limited - the reef is close and to protect it, they don't let swimmers out too far. That said, you can book snorkelling trips, or scuba diving both of which are AMAZING!

Great beach, fun trip. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

BOTTOM LINE: If you're looking for a luxury stay, you can probably find a fancier hotel. If you are even marginally interested in scuba diving, this is an incredible vacation spot.

EVERYTHING FROM STAFF TO FOOD WAS EXCEPTIONAL. IT WAS THE BEST RESORT WE HAVE BEEN TO YET,THE OTHERS BEING 2 5STAR RESORTS AND A 4STAR RESORT.

Le Starlight Gril est excellent à essayer. Le japonais est très bon.
Nous avons aimé notre séjour. Très nuageux sûrement à cause des montagnes.

Ask a lot of details at lobby when booking tours outside the resort. Get the facts so your not disappointed.

This was our first time here after it was recommended by friends & a family member. I really did enjoy my time there & would go again.

This was our second trip, so we obviously loved this place. Some of our group were on their 3rd trip. It was small enough to be intimate but large enough to meet new people. The hot tub at the reception area was grand!!! Food & drinks were exceptional:)

Overall, the trip went well.

Overall we were very pleased with our experience. Resort is older but very clean. Food and entertainment were really good although somewhat limited restaurant choices. Resort was very busy and getting chairs especially around pool areas was very competitive. We would have liked a quiet pool as it was often hard to find a quiet place to sit and read. Beach was beautiful. Sometimes kids were in our beach/ swimming area even though resort was supposed to be adults only. Staff were wonderful. It was very windy so sometimes water sports and diving were not offered. Some memorable experiences were the complimentary champagne horse and buggy ride, visiting the local Green Grotto Caves and the goat racing on the beach.

This was our first trip to Jamaica, however, based on the great time we had, definitely not our last. We loved this resort - the people were so friendly & the service was wonderful. The resort is not large therefore, everything was within easy walking distance. We loved the fact that the main restaurant was right on the beach. We met a lot of other fun guests & really enjoyed our stay. All inclusive was certainly the word - both diving & golf are inlcuded as well as a horse & buggy ride into town & water sports. It was nice to have a ocffee maker in the room & every room had a nice balcony. The rooms could use a little updating, howevever, they are spacious & we actually got a king size bed that we had requested. We would definitely return to this resort.

Excellent service, très propre, très bonne bouffe, eau potable, courte mais belle plage beaucoup d'activités gratuites telles que kayak, tour de bateau, voilier, calèche, snorkling, etc. qu'on peut faire chaque jour. Pas de mini bar et de piscine privée dans la chambre standard

The place was clean and the people were very helpful. Needs a lot of repairs and renovations to make it a "Super club" as far as I am concerned. They let too many local people on the resort for food, drink and a day on the beach. Will not be going there again that is for sure. 4 days of the trip the beach was red flagged so you couldn't go in the water which was very dissapointing.

Had a great time here. Food and service was amazing. Great restaurants and jerk chicken by the beach. Beach was very nice, but a bit small. Loved the reggae band. Room was good - only complaint was that there was no screen on the door so there were mosquitoes in our room. Also a bit of a drive from the airport (an hour and 20 min). Highly recommend this hotel - likely the best at Runaway Bay.

waited four hours for our room,once we got our room not very nice for the quality that we paid tryed to get another room took some time had to pay an extra 360.00 would never go back

BRB is amazing.. seriously, really--I have no complaints whatsoever. Yes, a couple of things could be improved (in terms of looks and repair), but the experience of being there is just so good, and the people (the staff) make you overlook those thing (in many cases before even really/fully noticing them).

Great staff, grounds maintained very well, book your a la carte as soon as possible (italian books up quick). Lots of vegetarian options for meals - even Jamaican veggie patties at the Reggae Cafe Grill if you get hungry between lunch and dinner. Make sure to do the orientation as there are tons of free activities available. Relatively small resort which we loved. Much more intimate and authentic than other resorts we passed in the area. Don't know how anyone could complain about this place!! Awesome.

Overall really enjoyed the vacation. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beach was nice and pools were great! Daily activities were enjoyable.

Overall, great experience, resort was very clean and well maintained. For the most part the staff were pleasant. No shortage of food or options. The pools and beach were very clean and beautiful. Rooms were a little plain but clean. The resort was more than I had excepted. The entertainment team was just that. Good for a laugh. The house band "Buffalo Bill" that played nightly was good. I recommend the "Reggaesize" if Omar is on the resort, it was a great and entertaining workout!

This was our first time at breezes and we where very impressed, the hotel it self is a little old but the staff make up for it, the beach is wonderful the food is great, love the varity, only complaint would be the music in the evening, we came in on a Monday Which is Beach night and the place was alive with a great mix of music dancing, but they have a theme night and the entertainment goes along with it, but all in all we had a blast.

Just returned from a very relaxing week at Breezes Runaway Bay. The food at all the restaurants was outstanding. The Italian restaurant Martino's was exceptional, especially the lamb dish.

Water sports were enjoyable. You have to book snorkeling and glass bottom boat rides a day in advance, but definitely they are worth the time.

Plenty of activities to participate in or if you prefer, plenty of spaces to sit back and relax. Three pools and hots tubs, provide plenty of fresh water relaxation. The beach is wide, sandy with lots of shade available. The water has a nice sandy bottom with a small reef just off shore that offers plenty of nearby snorkeling fun. Takea small piece of bread and feed the fish.

Rooms were adequately clean. We had the basic "superior" grade room in building 2. Excellent location close to all the activities yet still quiet when you wanted it to be. Sound isolation from room to room was better than average.

Bottom line, this resort has great amenities, excellent quality and variety of food. The resort is small enough that you can make new friends easy yet not so big that there are lineups everywhere you turn. The grounds are neat and well taken care of. The staff for the most part are very friendly and outgoing. I would not hesitate to recommend this resort!

Quel beau voyage !!! La nourriture, la plage, le service, l'animation ainsi que les activités incluses ont fait en sorte que nous avons adoré notre séjour. Le personnel de l'hotel s'assure que tous nos beoins et désirs soient comblés. Aux bars, ils offrent toutes les grandes marques de boissons reconnues, ils ont tout ce que tu peux imaginer. La plage est grande aux eaux limpides et de sable fin. La propreté des lieux est remarquable et le service est plus qu'exceptinnel. Il faut noter aussi, que plusieurs activités sont incluses telles que bateau avec fond en verre, bateau qui t'amène pour faire de l'apnée, plongée, golf (il faut par contre payer le Caddy)et autres. Les restos à la carte étaient très bien, surtout le Japonais. Le buffet était toujours variés et nous avons adoré le petit casse-croûte qui ofrrait en autre un sanwich au poulet (viande blanche) avec leur fameuse sauce Jerk... yummy!! Great resort, loved the people of the country and the staff at the hotel. Food was good, scuba staff excellent and the diving was included, what a bonus. Great beach, loved each day and was sad to come home.

We were impressed overall with the people at all levels.The grounds were very well taken care of and we had as two couples a very positive experience and would return as did many others that we talked to.

This was our first time to Jamaica and to Breezes and we will be back. The resort had great food and entertainment, the staff were always asking what they could do for us.The beach and weather were beautiful very relaxing. We had a very relaxing time and we will be back.

Great time again, weather not always sunny, but no one can control that!
Only issue was we requested king size bed when we booked in September/10 and had to move rooms the second day we were there. Same thing happened to the couple we travel with, and we ended up in separate buildings, but no big deal as the staff did all they could to accomodate us. Rooms were clean and comfy, and how much time do you really spend there anyway.
As always, staff was friendly, except for watersport guy who took my husband for a very quick sail (10 minutes maybe) and spent the entire time bitching about how he was not getting tips - what part of NO TIPPING did he not get???? I know most of us tip discreetly anyway, but his attitude was upsetting.
Food, as always, was good - lots of variety. I was sad that they did not have hot crab & shrimp other than in the pasta bar this year like they did on our other stays, but I certainly did not go hungy!
Will definately be back again

had a blast! wide range of activities available without any additional cost. beach area beautiful. staff friendly and helpful. first visit to jamaica and was a very positive one. would return again.

Got what we expected for what we paid.Didn't like all the drug pushers.Jamaica wasn't as beautiful as I imagined it would be.It's too bad white people are not safe outside the resorts unless on excersions. Felt safer in Mayan and Samana and Punta Cana
