From arrival to departure staff strived to make us repeat customers. The resort is a mature property that is well maintained and clean but not modern. It has all the amenities and lots of character. It is a very intimate setting for couples.

This trip was amazing. It was flawless. The resort was beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff was so friendly! Loved it!!

WOW, it was great. Our 3rd time to a Couples Resort (1st Nigrel, last 2 times Sans Souci). I would highly recommend this resort!!!!

Wonderful vacation as always at Sans Souci. The food, intimate environment, scenery and service compensated for the less than perfect weather we had for the first few days.

We have travelled to this resort four times now, and it continues to exceed expectations. The resort is set among old growth tropical trees and as you walk along the stone steps and pathways, you encounter one exquisite romantic space after another -- stunning views and private nooks. The food is always excellent and the service outstanding! This is not a mega, manufactured, over-populated resort with sparse vegetation, it is an older, well-maintained, piece of paradise. Two James Bond movies were filmed here...no wonder you feel like your vacation is set in an old Hollywood movie!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful resort! The staff at the Sans Souci are very friendly and genuine! They truly make you feel at home. The food is excellent and the grounds are very well kept and just beautiful! Lots of stairs and it's an uphill climb to get to the lobby but you will need the excercise anyways! We loved the mineral pool and the introduction to scuba diving was an amazing experience. We would go back tomorrow if it was possible!

had been there 6 yrs ago before becoming a "couples" resort.........no surprises......food & property still excellent...thoroughly enjoyable........rooms could perhaps use a bit of updating/sprucing up.

Relaxing and great "couples" location spot for people wanting a beautiful floral landscaping, great food but the stairs may be an issue with some.

Absolutely loved this place. Not your run of the mill 700 room, get lost in the crowd resort. With only 111 rooms, everything about this place feels welcoming. The fact that it is an older resort (I heard over 40 years old) means that you actually feel like you are in the tropics. Not just some barren beach land with some palms and ferns planted around gardens. The food was like going out to a 5 star dinner EVERY NIGHT! It was nice not having buffets for dinner. The Friday night gala dinner and show was absolutely brillinat and if you go, I hope you get to see AJ Brown perform. He did everything from raggae, classis rock, to opera and knocked the socks off of the whole crowd. The beach was smaller, but the fact that it was isolated means that you were not bothered by beachside vendors, and could just lay back and relax. IF it wasn't for the fact that we like to try different places each time we go away, we would definately return!

We had a great vacation at Sans Souci. It is a wonderfully relaxing environment and we will definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

4 to 5 star vacation. The staff were excellent. Food was wonderful. The hotel itself is due for painting and a face lift, but very clean. The beach was a bit small for my liking, but lots of water activities were included. Overall fantastic trip.

L'Hotel ce fait vielle et aurait besoin d'etre rajeuni . Les piscine et spa sont pas propre . Mais pour le reste j'y retournerait volontier .La nouriture est fantastic et le service aussi . Avis au naturiste ... c'est un bonne endroit je vous l'assure .

Excellent service. Staff treated everyone well. Small resort,which makes it cozy. Rooms were clean, however, they do need some updating. Food is excellent.

This was a dream vacation in the most beautiful spot on Jamaica's north coast. Lush tropical gardens, sugar sand beaches,waterfalls, lagoons, pools, spa - it has it all and is beautiful, calming and regjuvinating.

It was seven days in heaven. Our first time at a couples resort but certainly not our last. The food was exceptional. Every single person on the staff went out of their way to ensure your stay was something you would never forget.

Great trip, small hotel with great hotel staff, food and activities

We recently returned from Couples Sans Souci, and can not wait to tell everyone about our AMAZING experience there. First, the hotel itself only 150 rooms - so the maximum capacity is 300 people over 37 acres that boasts 3 pools and 2 different beaches. You will never have a hard time finding a beach chair and most importantly you don't have to get up at the crack of dawn to throw your towels down on one. Secondly the staff - the staff go out of their way to make sure you have a very pleasurable stay. They are always smiling and offer you a "yeah mon". The treatment we had at this resort is like no other - the minute that you get through customs in Jamaica you are greeted with the couples lounge where you can sip on a red stripe while you wait for your bus. Once you arrive at the hotel you have a nice cold towel and a glass of champange waiting for you. Check-in is very effecient and extremely friendly (no waiting in long lines) Once checked in you are whisked away by the bellman who takes your luggage for you and says "you're on vacation now, let me do the work" The food at CSS is to die for even the burgers at the beach grill are very tasty. We fell in love with this resort so much we are already planning our return next year.

I have traveled a fair bit and in my honest opinion i found this resort to be the best i have ever stayed in. I was surprised how big it actually was especially seeing how it only has approx. 150 rooms.I can honestly say anyone who goes here and says they had a bad time is nothing but a meat head and nothing can probally please them anyway.

resort grounds were well maintained and food and service was better than we'd ever had! The no tipping was great! Staff was always eager to help. The resort is mature though and could use some TLC.

Very beautiful setting. Older resort but very clean and well kept. Food was excellent. Water sports were included in package and you could go as many times as you wanted. Also included were a trip to Dunn s River Falls, a shopping trp to Margerittaville, glass bottom boat trip, snorkeling, and scuba diving. Smaller resort. Never felt crowded even though it was full. Everyone we talked to said they loved it there! Only negative was that sometimes the service was slow in the one restaurant. Waitress didn t seem to know what she was doing. Maybe she was new. Otherwise the staff were all very nice. The spa was very nice as well. Alot of stairs. Wouldn t be good for older folks.

It is a small hotel with charm and elegance that cannot be compared. It is a definite 4 star resort. The only negative is the beach. There is alot of seaweed and I was bitten twice by something in the water. The staff are amazing and the food is top notch.
