Chambres propres, buffet correct mais une ambiance affreuse. Des tonnes d'enfants qui emplissent la (trop petite) piscine, s'approprient toute la nourriture du snack bar sur la plage et qui courent dans la discothèque le soir. Animation d'amateurs.

rooms are clean and cool.the staff is very friendly.the security is not your friend.the keys kept screwing up and if you are on the top floor,it is stressful.lots to do IF you keep on top of things.drinks are good,food is what you expect.wait staff is very good and the entertainment is great. they do work hard for their money.

The animation crew are amazing. Not only are they talented dancers/entertainers, they are very friendly people. I will definitely come back. The only drawback at the hotel is that they do not have enough english speaking hosts at the front desk.

First I would like to say that when I purchased this trip through your company that you had it advertised as a 4*. When it is really a 3*. That I wasn't too happy about.

The hotel rooms were below expectation.
The linen were old and seemed dirty. They offered recycled towels that were also very old. The only positive was that the rooms were spacious.
Restaurant Bambo that offfered a la carte supper was poor, there was a mouse runnning around in the restaurant that was a major turn off.

On Sunday April 4,2010,between 9:00 and 11:00AM,someone entered my room(#3210)&
attempted to open my suitcase...
Unfortunately(for them)they forgot the key on my suitcase...
I reported it to the Hotel Manager and he promised me to investigate and come back to me...but he NEVER did.
I don't know if I would go there again,
but if I do,I will be very careful to not leave any money in the suitcase...

It was a very inexpensive trip, so I guess you get what you pay for. There were alot of problems with the power all week, we ended up changing rooms to another building half way through the week. To compensate us for the power problems, they allowed us to have a later check out the day we left at no charge, only after suggesting to them this would be the right thing to do. The food was edible (some of it anyway), but we ate alot of the same things everyday (pasta, fries, pizza). The variety of food was not great. Also, they allow vendors and their own staff constantly want to promote the other hotels in their chain. We expected to face the constant stream of vendors on the beach, but not around the pool and in the hotel lobby. We would not book this hotel again, would rather pay a little more and raise the quality of our stay.

The hotel was on par with most the other Playa Dorada hotels. The room was large but had little furniture (no chairs or table), basically just a bed. The beach isn't as far as some reports indicated and you didn't have to leave to property to get to ir. It was also one of the fewin PD that you could swim a fair distance in. The food was very basic with very little variety. The pool is small and the tile are coming off from the bottom. It is in need of repair but was clean and good to cool off in. It has a water falls but was only turned on once or twice and then only for a hour or two. The bar area is small ands behind the waterfall. I booked this hotel as it was an easy walk to the golf course and it was. Overall I enjoyed my stay and will definiately stay there again, but it is basically because of it's proximity to the course. If it was for that, I would probably wouldn't go back.

This was our second time at this resort in 3 months. We were there in January with our kids, and as a couple in March. Each time we have enjoyed all the resort has to offer. Rooms are large, beach is clean,and staff are very helpful.

Food was decent-never the same dish served twice at the buffet. Staff was friendly. Room was nice. Beach was awesome.

le service était pourrie surtout au buffet. Les employés de table ne voyaient pas qu'on avait pas de serviettes ou qu'il nous manquait des ustensiles. J'ai même brassé mon café avec mon couteau par 3 fois et ils me voyaient faire et je n'ai jamais eu de cuillere. Les tables a la piscine
étaient inexistentes, on devait déposer nos verres parterre et ils se renversaient et ce n'était pas nettoyé et on pilotait dans du jus, de la bière ou autre chose. A tous les matins je devais demandé les débarbouillettes sinon je ne les avaient pas. Je ne sais pas ce qui ce
passe en République mais les klenex
ne sont pas disponibles, ni à l'hotel,ni dans les magasins, on m'a
suggéré d'apporter un rouleau de papier de toilette avec moi. Même pour le coût du voyage je m'attendais à plus.Je pourrais en dire plus mais
je préfère terminé.

Pretty much as expected. Staff was great, food was better then expected, rooms were bigger then expected and cleaned everyday well. Only complaint would be the pool was a bit small but the beach was fantastic!

faite attention pour pas vous faire avoir pour votre dernier sejour c est des arnaqueur il veule vous faire payer la derniere journee au prix de 80$ u.s on devais quite la chabre a midi et on quitais a minuit l hotel pourvoir si c est normal quand tu paye 8 jours et 7 nuits et que tu couche 6 nuit et esseye de te faire payer pour une autre journee faite de la grosse pression pour pas vous faire avoir avec ca et aussi pour les taxe de depart attention a vos reserve rien est pre paye vous devez tous payer les taxe de depart et c est un cite vraiment pour les 60 ans et plus c est pas un cite de jeune ATTENTION AU JEUNE NE RESERVER SURTOUS PAS LA

The staff were excellent, food was very good and the facility also was very good. Staff more then went above and beyond their duties and were friendly and very accommodating.

Tres bien... mais j ai pas aime ma chambre. C etait tres bruyant, surtout la nuit. Le reste c etait extra.

A nice, inexpensive vacation. The staff were awesome, great animation team that produced excellent shows. Beach area is very nice. Pool was nice but could use a few repairs. A wide variety of food and drink, so there was something for everyone. The rooms all smelled musty for duration of the stay - tried leaving doors open, air conditioning, spray...nothing seemed to help. There was a one beach towel limit per person per week which is simply unacceptable. Fresh towels should be available every day, so make sure you bring your own if you plan on visiting!
