Bel hôtel dans l'ensemble, les chambres sont toutefois dûes pour rénovation ainsi que les salles de bain. Le personnel est courtois, aimable et toujours prêt à rendre service. La plage est très belle à la marée basse, devient étroite à la marée montante. La nourriture est bien (c'est Cuba!), variété de poissons, viandes, légumes et fruits disponibles ainsi que 3 restos à la carte. Activités sportives gratuites disponibles, ainsi que snorkling (payant 16 CUC/ personne.  Activités organisées autour de la piscine ainsi qu'en soirée. Parfait pour vacances en famille, ou pour personnes seules également. Les touristes viennent du Canada, U.K., Italie et Argentine surtout.

Just returned from Iberostar Daiquiri and had a great trip. First time to this area and thoroughly enjoyed the resort. We had requested an ocean view in the Cameguay block and that's what we got - it was bright and clean and everything was ready for us. Buffet had everything so I don't know how anyone could complain about choices. Al la cartes were so so - buffet was the best. Entertainment was excellent - really impressed with the star dancers - especially Wil - he needs to be discovered - what a talented guy - to play Michael Jackson in the finale...wow. Beach was great - gets a little narrow when the tide comes in - pool was very clean and refreshing - staff all great. Catamaran was cancelled one day due to high winds however no one notified us so that was not appreciated as we waited out front and wasted an hour of our precious vacation. Other than that, everything was A .

We loved the resort, location, food, service, grounds… everything. Even though the resort is rather old, it is kept clean and neat. Nothing to complain about. We enjoyed our stay a lot! I would definitely recommend the resort to other people.

Single mum with 2 teenage daughters, 13 and 16. Very safe and staff gave very good service. Plenty to do for all 3 of us. Beach was very safe with soft white sand and warm clear water. Pools were very clean with nice swim up bar. Food was very good, expecially the fresh fish. Plenty to choose from at buffet. No bugs, no illness. Everything very clean. Rooms need updating,beds with hard matress, but we did not spend much time there. Hotel has great atmophere. Lobby bar excellent with different live entertainment each night. Shows were good. Met great people. Mostly families and couples. Never heard any complaints from other guests. Drinks/ wine were really good, even the champagne. Overall very good holiday and would recommend.

Tout était parfait: diversité du menu, très bon service, plage magnifique. Le seul petit hic: la chambre. Très forte odeur d'humidité, aucune ventilation dans la salle de bain, des insectes dans la salle de bain.

Our family had a great time at this resort for 10 days at the end of March. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful; we always found a chair at the beach or pool; the food (while not great by our standards at home) was better than expected for Cuba. I would recommend this resort.

Hotel staff was jolly and kind. Pool was just the right temperature ad had plenty of chairs. Good at Mexican a la carte and Buffett was very good. Buffet had a great variety. Beach was beautiful. Always cleaned in the morning of seaweed. Rooms were in need of renos, especially the bathroom but were clean and quiet.

C'étais notre 2e séjour en 12 ans et nous a agréablement surpris de la qualité du service et des repas.

Ce fut une semaine agréable. Le complexe est propre et bien entretenu, la chambre aussi. Le buffet est bon, on mange relativement varié pour une semaine.

Most of the rooms are old, and smell bad. However the upper floor rooms appear to have newer AC so the smell is far less. The staff are polite and do the best they can. Check out and room extension is disorganised and problematic. There are no elevators or ramps, so families with infants and young children find it difficult hauling the stroller up and down flights of stairs. Same with luggage, and there is no Bell Man service, as there is only 1 bell man.

Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine avec notre petit garçon de 14 mois. C'est un endroit formidable pour des vacances en famille, nous avons préféré cet endroit aux 2 autres hôtels où l'on avait déjà séjourné à Varadero. En plus c'est pas trop loin de l'aéroport. On y retournerait volontiers.

Hotel selon les standards de Cuba. On ne doit pas espérer avoir un chambre super mais c'est propre. Nombreux moustiques dans les chambres. Personnel toujours très gentil et un pesos peut souvent faire une grande différence entre un service ok et un service parfait. La nourriture est ok et le buffet du soir est varié. Service toujours très professionnel.
Apporter des $CAN car il y a un déduction de 10% sur les $US (i.e. 100$US a une valeur de 90$US a la banque). Mieux de convertir des $CA.
Conclusion bon voyage

We always have a great time at Iberostar Daiquiri. This is our second time there, and would definitely be back for a third visit. Food was great and a lot of variety was offered. My daughter loved the entertainment in the evening, and was even part of the show on two nights. Needless to say, it was a memorable experience. Love this 4-star resort!!!

Hotel was OK beds not uo to par and bedding. Food was OK, A La Carte hard to book at times. Buffet great for children.

Beaches beautiful staff need incentive all the time (tips) they wait hotel is outdated and food needs to be cooked 3 out of 6 ended up sick during our stay very disappointed this was not our first trip to Cuba but likely our last

My wife and I have stayed in 5 of the hotels in the Cayo Coco area and this one may be the best yet. we are in our late 50's and have done the tours snd shopping trips while at other resorts so we just relaxed this time and every thing from food, service, bars, pool, beach was great

Small quiet isolated resort, great for de-stressing. Helpful, friendly staff. Very clean.

We have been to this resort twice, And we love it! The staff is awesome! The beaches are beautiful! We always have a great time at the daquiri! We will return next year!

loved the beach and nearby pillar beach, very talented entertainment crew, nice employees, friendly tourists,good food, great for bird watchers,not so good for snorkelling, quite remote.
